Dear Preparatory Student,

Assalam-alaikum,

The Registration Information for Preparatory students in term 142 is given below:

Starting term 142, all registration activities during the registration week (from 25th – 28th Jan, 2015 for term 142) will be held in Bldg # 68, Room # 053 (Ground Floor).

Continuing Preparatory Students:
These students should submit registration confirmation on the Registration day i.e. Sunday, 25th Jan, 2015 (7:30 AM onwards) until Monday, 26th Jan, 2015 (up to 7:30 AM).

Steps to submit Registration Confirmation thru KFUPM PORTAL:
· Go to KFUPM portal at http://portal.kfupm.edu.sa
· Enter your Email user name & Password and then click LOGIN button
· Click Registrar Services Tab
· Go to Student Registration confirmation channel
· Check your mobile no. – If it is incorrect or blank, enter your correct mobile no and then click ‘Update Mobile’ button.
· Click I CONFIRM REGISTRATION FOR TERM 201420’ button to confirm your registration,
· The following message will be displayed
“You have successfully confirmed your registration for term 201420”

Note: Continuing preparatory students can print their schedule thru http://portal.kfupm.edu.sa/ . Any student facing problem in accessing portal can contact help desk at Bldg # 14 in order to have the problem resolved.

New Preparatory Students:
New Preparatory Students (admitted in term 142) should receive their program notices from Bldg. # 68, Room # 053 (ground floor) on 25th Jan, 2015. Failure to receive program notice will result in dropping of all courses after last day for late registration i.e. 28th Jan, 2015.

Very Important: Registration confirmation for Continuing Preparatory Students is the only proof of registration for term 142 and can be submitted either thru web on the registration day i.e. 25th Jan, 2015 or thru late registration counter at Bldg # 68, Room # 053 (ground floor) from 26th – 28th Jan, 2015 (up to 4:00 PM). Failing to do so will result in dropping of all courses after the deadline.
