I. Minimum Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Bi-lingual (Arabic-English), written and spoken
• Computer skills (Applicant will be tested in Microsoft Office, Outlook and typing speed/accuracy).
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

II. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in academic advising.
• U.S. graduate.

III. Duties and Responsibilities:
Academic advisory duties include but are not limited to:
1. Serving as the primary contact person for all academic matters and maintaining systematic and frequent contact with advisees and the academic institutions they attend.
2. Monitoring academic progress of students through registration, transcripts, progress reports and degree plan requirements.
3. Preparing detailed and up to date reports on students.
4. Implementing scholarship rules, governing policies and the accompanying procedures that apply.
5. Processing and completing students’ academic requests in a timely and professional manner.
6. Maintaining accurate records including electronic records.
7. Identifying and suggesting options to address current and potential academic needs or problems.
8. Evaluating and making recommendations on petitions and amendments to student’s program of study.
9. Referring students to the appropriate specialized staff for special needs or problems.

IV. Benefits:
• Monthly salary ranges between: $4,800 - $5,000
• Health insurance
• One month annual paid vacation
• Saudi and Federal holidays
